Where does Hema Shop ship?
We’re based in Australia but ship worldwide! We serve customers globally, excluding only a few remote areas in Asia and other isolated regions. Wherever you are, from the Australian outback to urban centers abroad, we can deliver your gear.

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: For $12.95 AUD, we use reliable carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 AUD, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide tracking information for all orders once they are dispatched. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey until it reaches you.
