Diamond grit is by far the best material to put an edge on a knife – any knife. This unit resembles a large pen with a pocket clip. The sharpening ‘steel’ slides into the pen body and is held in place with a knurled collet. The sharpening part will extend to 120mm out of the body. One side is round and the other side is flat.
